Chocolate Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Combine the cream, milk and sugar in saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Remove from the heat.
Add the chocolate, and stir until melted.
Add the butter and stir until smooth.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
